🌸 AfroSalon Policy on Hair Extensions, Afro Hair & Custom Wigs – Important Information for Our Clients 🌸
Thank you for your interest in AfroSalon’s services!
Below you will find the rules regarding appointment bookings and custom wig orders, which help us ensure the highest level of service and a personalized experience for each of you.
1. Booking Services at AfroSalon
🔹 For new clients:
Anyone booking a service at AfroSalon for the first time is required to pay a 30% deposit based on the value of the selected service.
This deposit is mandatory and non-refundable, as it allows us to reserve the time and resources of our team for you.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received – until then, your appointment is not guaranteed.

If you’ve been with us for a while – thank you! ❤
Returning clients do not need to pay a deposit when booking standard in-salon appointments.
However, a 30% deposit is still required for all wig orders, without exception.
🔹 Available deposit payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Revolut
• Instant transfer via Bizum
Payment details are provided individually when booking or placing an order.
🔹 Rescheduling an appointment:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
If notice is given on time, we will gladly reschedule your appointment (e.g. in case of illness or emergencies).
Changes made less than 24 hours in advance are treated as a cancellation and result in loss of the deposit.
2. Custom Wig Orders
At AfroSalon, we offer premium-quality wigs, hand-woven and styled exclusively to your specifications.
This ensures you receive a product perfectly tailored to your needs.
🔹 Order terms:
To begin the process, a 30% deposit of the wig’s total cost is required.
As each wig is made-to-order, this deposit is non-refundable, even if the client later decides not to proceed.
The deposit policy applies to both new and returning clients.
🔹 Important note:
If the wig is made according to the client’s specific instructions (e.g., chosen color, curl pattern, density), and the client changes their mind upon collection (e.g., the color no longer suits, curl is too tight, volume too much/little), the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Payment Options
We accept payments in cash or by card.
Please note that for card payments, a different pricing applies – the service cost will be 25% higher compared to the standard price list.
Deposits can be paid via:
• Bank transfer
• Revolut
• Bizum
⚠ Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply fully with applicable data protection laws. All client data is handled with strict confidentiality.
🔹 Order Fulfillment Process:
• Once we receive your deposit, we begin creating your wig.
• After completion, we send photos of the final product for your approval.
• Once you approve, you pay the remaining balance.
• The finished wig is shipped to you – we offer worldwide delivery!
🔹 Order Processing Time:
Standard production time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For special/custom orders or bulk requests, production may take longer – we will keep you updated.
4. Why Do We Require a Deposit?
The deposit allows us to:
✔ Secure your appointment slot
✔ Begin working on your wig without delays
✔ Provide a tailored and timely experience
✔ Minimize last-minute cancellations or no-shows

⚠ Complaints and Claims:
Complaints regarding services provided must be submitted within 3 days of the appointment.
Clients must visit the salon in person at an agreed time to evaluate the result and, if needed, correct the service.
Complaints may also be submitted via phone at +34 603 220 118 or via WhatsApp at +34 603 220 118, including a clear description of the issue.
6. Terms Acceptance
📲 By booking an appointment or placing an order via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, or Instagram, you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
